Tessa Thompson
The actor Tessa Lynn Thompson was born on the 3rd of October 1983 in Los Angeles, California. Thompson is the daughter of the singer and songwriter Marc Anthony Thompson and the daughter of the actor and musician Bobby Ramos. Her family was born within Los Angeles before moving to Brooklyn, New York. Her father has Afro-Panamanian family and her mother is from Mexican as well as British Isles origins. Thompson was a student at Santa Monica High School, which she appeared in numerous productions of the theatre. Thompson enrolled at Santa Monica College after graduation and obtained a cultural Anthropology degree. As part of a show at Pasadena's Boston Court Theatre, she played Juliet in William Shakespeare's "Romeo as well as Juliet". Her nomination was for the NAACP Theatre Award in the same season. Tessa was first on television in 2005. Her role was in the lead in a CBS Series.
